OUR PACKAGING PROCESS & QUALITY

Only premium qualities are processed for loins, chunks and cotton wrapped loins. Loins and chunks are cut, trimmed and weighed. Our standard size for loin is 1kg and above. We purchase the daily catch from the local fisherman. The raw materials are then processed from EU approved factories namely MDV 002 and MDV 007.

Our most prominent markets include Spain, Italy, France, Belgium, Canada, U.S.A, Japan and Srilanka.

PACKAGING

Packed in polythene bags and vacuumed to the standard. The loin carries a separate label with the date of catch, batch no, expiry date, weight and any other information requested by the client.

H&G and G&G

Only premium quality fish are picked for H&G and G&G. Each fish is gutted and beheaded (H&G) or just gills and gutted (G&G). Our standard size for a fish is 35kg and above.

PRESENTATION

Each fish is wrapped in polythene sheets and packed in corrugated box. Each box weighs 100kgs approximately. The box is labeled with the date of catch, batch no, expiry date, weight and other information requested by the client.
